I found the product (although I returned it due to a size problem) to be excellent. However, I have to mention one thing (and therefore the 4 stars): unfortunately, the sand-colored material visible in the upper part, at the entrance, is only minimally flexible! That's why it's difficult to fit in, and (this was my problem too) it's unusable with wider feet, only people with narrow feet should buy it!
