The company has been operating for almost 40 years and its founder Massimo Cerutti was -as one could expect - born in Vigevano, an old shoemaking town near Milan. He bought with his brother Mario in 1982 factory where the journey of stylish footwear began. Massimo's dream was to create an exclusive style in which his ideas would not be realized by someone else but himself. That's why he consistently studies Milanese design and fashion trends, which he then translates into his practice.
Cerutti understands the importance of producing in Italy using its own materials and embellishments. Only in this way can he create his own exclusive design in which he preserves the tradition of the best Italian craftsmanship. That is why it was necessary for him to build a team of qualified manufacturers of soles, accessories and materials.
